We offer free shipping for all our orders, Australia wide. Unlike other matcha providers that you might have come across online, we have no minimum spend requirements. We offer free shipping for everyone, no matter how much or how little you order! We also dispatch orders made before 12pm (Melbourne time) on the same business day.
At this stage, we operate purely online and do not have a physical shop front for you to pick up your order.
While we only service customers within Australia for now (and are only able to ship within Australia), if you come from outside Australia do drop us a note using our contact form and we'll see what we can do!
We utilise PayPal and Stripe as our main payment gateway, two of the most popular payment gateways in the world which accept virtually any method of payment other than Bitcoin. More payment methods are on the way real soon!
Depending on where you live, it normally takes 3 to 5 business days for our orders to arrive after being dispatched to our courier. However, there are cases where orders could take up to 7 business days to deliver for rural customers or during public holidays / long weekends.
In the unlikely event that you do not like our matcha products, you have up to 30 days to raise a refund / return request. To do this, please use our contact form and include your full name, address and order number to fast track the process.
Making a cup / bowl of matcha green tea is simple. Just Add 1/2 teaspon (or 1 gram) of sifted matcha into a cup or bowl. Fill with 75ml of hot water and whisk until frothy. To help you make the perfect cup of tea, you can use our Chasaku and Chasen matcha accessories.
In a typical serving of matcha, which we recommend to be ½ teaspoon or 1 grams of Matcha, contains approximately 34mg of caffeine. For comparison sake, a small cup of coffee (100 grams) will contain approximately 40mg of caffeine.
It is generally recognised that pregnant women can safely consume up to about 200mg of caffeine per day. As the recommended serve of Matcha is around 1 gram, meaning an intake of 34mg of caffeine per cup, it is less than the 200mg of caffeine that pregnant women can consume. However, this does not constitute medical advice, and it is recommend that you always have a conversation with you doctor first.
